💕 Birth Mentorship from an experienced and informative Birth Doula throughout your pregnancy and birth through the fourth trimester.

🤰 Pregnant women who are unsatisfied with piecing together support and advice from mom groups, church friends, family, and providers.

Phone & Text Support - I will be available as your Birth Mentor for questions, concerns, support and encouragement throughout your journey from pregnancy until after the 4th trimester.
Childbirth Education - We will have (2) 60-minute virtual visits to cover childbirth education and question as well as uncover what your vision and hope is for your birth and why.
Birth Plan - I will guide you in creating and presenting your birth preferences to your provider prior to your baby’s birth so ensure a birth team that is united in supporting your goals.
Birth Support - When the time comes for you to meet your baby I will provide virtual birth support via facetime, phone, and text message. Your birth team will be well prepared to support and advocate for your vision and preferences and I will be a phone call away for situational tips, guidance and possible pivots!

I believe that birth support should never be one-size-fits-all. Each pregnancy and birth is unique, and I am here to provide customized birth doula services that align with your individual journey, whether you’re expecting your first baby or welcoming another.
As your birth doula, I offer you a variety of support:
👩🏫 Education - Simple, clear, and manageable education on your body, hormones, movement during labor, and the birth process. I include both ancient wisdom and modern evidence-based practices so that you can make informed decisions at every stage of your pregnancy, labor, and birth.
💜 Confidant - Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period come with a range of emotions. I will be here to listen, encourage, empathize, and celebrate with you through every twist and turn of your journey, supporting you as your trusted birth doula.
📚 Information - No more endless hours of Googling! My goal is to save you time by offering evidence-based resources, covering topics from birth preferences to postpartum care. I’ve already done the research, so you don’t have to, giving you a clear path for making confident decisions without the overwhelm.
💪 Physical Support - From counter-pressure to position changes, I’ll guide you through physical comfort measures during labor. My tools and knowledge in labor support techniques will help keep you moving and comfortable, so you can focus on the journey ahead.
🍎 Nutrition - The support you give your body through nutrition during pregnancy is vital for both you and your baby. I’ll help you incorporate purposeful, stress-free nutrition into your daily life without any restrictive rules, so you can feel strong and nourished throughout your pregnancy and postpartum!

Hi! I’m Olivia, a Certified Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator based in Delco, PA.
I first became certified as a Birth Doula through ProDoula in May of 2020, and despite not being allowed in hospitals and birth centers, I had the honor of supporting close family and friends and used my newly ignited passion for birth to research and learn about childbirth and women’s perinatal health over the next three years while continuing to have babies of my own. After losing my mom to cancer and welcoming my fifth baby 4 months later, the call to birth work was as heavy on my heart as it ever had been- only with a changed perspective on birth. In 2023 enrolled in courses with Blossoming Bellies Birth and Birthworker Academy to expand my services to include Childbirth Education, and by the end of the year, I was professionally serving women in hospitals, birth centers, and home births.
I now proudly serve families in Philadelphia, Delaware County, Chester County, Bucks County, Montgomery County, New Jersey, and Delaware.
